happy blogday

it’s hard to believe, but our blog is one year old. what’s even harder to believe is that we actually came up with enough material for 133 blog entries. from the avid commenters to the closet checkers, thanks to everybody who checks our blog and puts up with the details of our mundane lives!

this week we had the chance to have dinner with paul and larina, who were in town for a few days. despite yet another blizzard outside, we made it to fonda del mar (our newest favorite restaurant) for some mexican seafood.

we had an unopened bottle of eggnog which i had bought last month for a party and finally figured out a way to use it. what do you get when you mix coffee with eggnog? eggnog latte. add some milk and nutmeg too if you would like. you should try it…tastes like starbucks.
