i stumbled onto this stamp set by Cavallini & Co. while browsing the U of C bookstore (in the non-books section). it’s called “Birds & Nests”. i couldn’t put it down and so i had to buy it: love the metal case, love the blue scalloped label, love the vintage-looking stamps, love the ink pad. can’t wait to make my first card…

It reminds me of the pattern on the paper I used for your bridal shower invitations, which was also made by Cavallini. Did they have any other stamp sets?
of course you can borrow them. it was a really good deal too: $21.95 for the whole set (11 stamps plus ink). the ones online were actually more expensive. i didn’t see any other sets, but i will keep my eyes peeled! i want to find the set with the alphabet.
