visited louisa and jp, and their beautiful new kitchen. baby meets ichiro. both were equally fascinated i think.
rebecca turned five months this week! recent pastimes include grabbing toes, rolling front to back and (despite our best efforts) sucking her thumbs.
chinese new year dinner at aunt agnes. we enjoyed a huge spread of food with the entire family. lai see… hong bao… red envelopes galore!
pre-chinese new year activities at aberdeen and TNT. red and round. year of the rabbit. cookies. pretty.
finally, the bumbo milestone. still slouchy and a bit temperamental, but getting better. thanks lucy for lending us the bumbo!

i know it’s mid-january, but some christmas decorations are still lying around. baby likes this one.
we are working hard at the tummy time and baby is getting better at it; able to hold her head higher and starts whining a bit later. here she is in one of her better moods. and for fun, i compared it to a photo of me from around the same age.
rebecca is four months old now and getting better and better at sitting (with some help of course)! oopsies!
