for part of thanksgiving break, we drove down to charleston, SC for a short trip.
quick lunch at waffle house.
the holiday traffic meant 6 hours of driving, after which we finally made it to charleston and checked-in to our hotel. we were pretty excited to stay at a fancy downtown hotel which we found at a special holiday rate.
