rebecca discovered the exciting new world of ducks… “ca ca”! basically any similar type of bird (eg. chicken, swan, goose) will elicit excited “ca ca ca’s”. she even “ca ca”-ed at a piece of tissue that she thought was reminiscent of a duck. it actually kind of did.
our recent trip to vancouver was pretty low-key this time, but one highlight was our visit to see the ducks at stanley park. it’s changed a lot from what i remembered as a kid (yes, it’s been that long), but we still found a decent number of them to “ca ca” at.
