having rebecca with us this christmas has helped illustrate for us the amazing truth of God becoming man. that God would come into this world as a vulnerable baby, in order to reconcile us to Himself. “Now the Word became flesh and took up residence among us. We saw his glory–-the glory of the one and only, full of grace and truth, who came from the Father” (John 1:14 NET).
