wow, pretty funky town. the other week our softball team went to a place called the eatery on 4th (i think), and i had a japanese cowboy roll. mmm.
you STILL getting wedding gifts?? crazy.
was the sushi any good? or did it make you miss home?
sushi was actually really good, but just more expensive than vancouver. nabeyaki udon was 10 bucks. it definitely left me craving for more. i also noticed that there was a chicago roll, although we didn’t try it. no bc roll.
so what was in the chicago roll?!
also, that’s funny — i just had sushi tonight too, in celebration of a thesis draft submitted.
no edmonton roll, though.
i just got a tassimo machine too! have you tried mixing the hot chocolate with the espresso yet?
i love my sweet foamy drinks.. miss you!
to gina: can’t remember what’s in the chicago roll…will have to go back one day to try it.
to julie: ooo…sounds yummy. so far we only have the french roast coffee and earl grey tea. we got to order two free t-disc packages, so we’re waiting for a seattle’s best coffee and a gevalia cappucino. i’ll have to remember to get the hot chocolate next time.
