today i tried to call ‘rogers’ to get more information on wireless plans. the first call was to a digital voice called melanie, with no option to speak to a human. the second call was to a human, but since the phone was under joe’s name, i had to be transferred to somebody else to ask my general questions. this third call could not answer all my questions because this was outside her department, so i was transferred to another department. this transferred me back to melanie. grrr.
