I mustered a very tired hometown cheer. It was a nice welcome home to Canada :)

a couple of years ago, i asked kimu how his hockey game at lunch was (when he used to play at lunchtime at BCIT) and he said, “good, i scored two goals.” that very night i dreampt that I was married to trevor linden and when he came home i asked him “how was the game?” and he also said, “good, i scored two goals.” when I told kimu and our nephew charles (when he was living with us) the next day, kimu said, “that was ME!” charles still refers to trevor as “auntie angie’s husband”. ;)
