		<description><![CDATA[Is that Shanghai Wind? There just aren&#039;t any decent xiao lung bao places in Seattle.... sad! Somewhere in China (so I hear), they actually stick straws into the monster bao so you can carefully slurp up the juice first. My preferred dipping sauce is dark vinegar! Yum!]]></description>

and as for my method, 
steps 1 and 2, same as sherwin and angie,
then 
3. suck up about half of it&#039;s juices just to enjoy it&#039;s flavor on its own
4. eat off of spoon to enjoy the combined flavor of juice and meat
